An immersive sports timing assistant, designed to transform effort into a dynamic and frictionless visual experience.
⚡ Purpose
Most fitness apps are either too complex or visually austere. Chrony Fit was born from a desire to merge technical performance and generative design.
The goal is simple: to offer a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) tool that does not just count the seconds, but accompanies the user with a responsive visual and sound atmosphere.
Chrony Fit eliminates distractions to focus on the essentials: the exercise sequence, the time remaining, and the preparation for the next step, all in a fluid and aesthetic environment.
⚙️ Mechanics
Under the hood, Chrony Fit leverages the most advanced capabilities of the Flutter framework:
Responsive Architecture : The application uses the pattern Provider to synchronize the stopwatch status with the user interface in real time, ensuring millisecond accuracy without slowing down the UI.
GLSL Shader Engine : Unlike traditional apps that use static images, Chrony Fit incorporates Fragment Shaders Compiled. Both "Pollen" (editing) and "Working" (exercises) modes are rendered at 60 FPS by the GPU, creating a vibrant experience with minimal battery consumption.
Tactical Audio : To avoid frustrating audio latencies during exercise transitions, the audio engine uses a Low Latency mode with preloading of transition beeps in RAM. The last three seconds of each block trigger a precise audio signal for a smooth transition without having to look at the screen.

The interface was designed to be used with sweaty hands during intense exertion:
1. Routine Design : In edit mode, you can rename your exercises, adjust their duration using an intuitive selector, and rearrange the order of your session with a simple Drag-and-Drop.
2. JSON Persistence: Your workouts aren't confined to the app. ChronyFit lets you export your complex sequences to a universal JSON file or import routines created by other athletes.
3. Monitoring : Once launched, the "Run" screen displays a "NEXT" indicator that alerts the user to the next exercise, allowing them to anticipate equipment or position changes before the audio signal.
📖 Scenarios
Chrony Fit adapts to multiple sports protocols thanks to its total flexibility :
The Classic Tabata Protocol : Set up 8 cycles of 20 seconds of intense effort followed by 10 seconds of rest. Visualize the acceleration of light rays during effort and the return to calm of particles during rest.
Yoga / Flow Sequences : Use longer durations (90 to 120 seconds) without aggressive beeps to maintain your poses, using the color change of the visual "sticker" to identify the pose transition.
Weight Training and Rest Time : Program your sets of repetitions and use the timer to ensure strict recovery time between each set, guaranteeing optimal hypertrophy.
